Interview
You walk in and go to the cashier and say you're there for an interview, the cashier will go over to the back and tell the manager and the manager will either come out and sit you or the cashier will tell you to have a seat and then say he'll/she'll be out to talk to you. Manager will have a small conversation with you and then have you sign some papers.
Easy and upfront. Managers are great and work with school schedules. They make it easy if you have a family. Food is great and you receive a free employee meal.
