The interview process was straightforward, welcoming , it involved a 15 minutes phone screening followed by an in-person interview . The in-person interview took place at the facility and the interviewer focused on what is my experience as a nursing assistant.

After a few days, I got a call for a phone screening where they asked basic questions about my availability, experience, and why I wanted to work there. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. It was held at the facility. I met with the HR manager and a nursing supervisor. They asked me about my previous caregiving experience, how I handle stressful situations, and how I take care of elderly patients. They were very friendly and explained the job duties clearly.
