"The interview process at Lorien was simple and professional. First, I submitted my application online. After a few days, I got a call for a phone screening where they asked basic questions about my availability, experience, and why I wanted to work there.
Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. It was held at the facility. I met with the HR manager and a nursing supervisor. They asked me about my previous caregiving experience, how I handle stressful situations, and how I take care of elderly patients.
They were very friendly and explained the job duties clearly. After the interview, they told me they would contact me soon. I felt comfortable throughout the process, and it gave me a good impression of the work environment."
