I applied online and received a call within one week. I had a phone screen and was asked some general questions about my experience and what I was looking for. I was then invited in for an in person interview. After that I was invited back for a second interview. I was offered the position the same week. Both in person interviews went well and I meet with three different interviewers. I usually get nervous in interviews but they made me feel comfortable and made me excited about working for the company. It was probably the best interviewing experience I have had only because the interviews were more conversational rather than formal questions. I got to know a little bit more about the people interviewing me and I felt as if I was connecting with them on a personal level. I was taken on a tour of the office and was able to see the different departments and staff. The office was spacious and it felt very warm and inviting.
