Pros

Seasoned clinicians that really care about their team members and clients. Clinicians that have decades of experience and are trauma informed. Love 2 Learn is a company that has deep respect for those they serve and assures the assent of each client in each session.

Cons

This work isn't for the weary. You have to really love what you are doing as it is challenging

I liked how they provided multiple levels of support for working with children.

Cons

I do wish the supervision was provided more often, especially when first beginning the position. Some observation of sessions would be a great start to employment.
