I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Jacksonville, FL) in Jul 2013
Interview
Applied online, got a call after a week. I got 2 interviews first from HR Manager and the second is from store manager. Not so hard, just all customer service questions. If you pass 2 interviews, they will call you to do the drug test. And if you pass both drug test and background check, you're ready to go. I started as a part time cashier and after 6 months I got hired for full- time cashier. Just do your job, smile, stop whining, be yourself.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Federal Way, WA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The HR team was simple unprofessional, make sure to see how the store is run, i was quick to learn the place I applied was NOT properly being run.
The interview was like any other Retail store interview, how you handle situations, your personality, etc.
Sadly my location was completely unprofessional, mishandled my application and resubmitted it.. I wasted my time and was being asked if I reapplied for the same position, which I hadn’t, the whole HR team had 0 communication and misplaced/misfiled multiple applications.
