I went through two rounds, one phone screen and one technical interview, it took about a month. After this I was asked to give availability for the third round. I did, and then was told they'd filled the position, but may have another position open and would let me know ASAP. It's been two weeks and multiple follow-ups since then from me, and I apparently have been ghosted. Really a shame, super nice folks and a relaxed process.
