Applied on Linkedin, then had an interview with the HR manager. Then was asked to go onwards to the 2nd phase of interviews with the managing partners. HR manager also requires that you submit a writing sample for them to review.
Very professional and efficient. You do an initial screener with their talent acquisition person and then meet with the team you’d be working with. Everyone was very friendly and the interview was more casual.
