HR call, hiring manager call, another call, another call... Typical bloated, unnecessarily complex interview process. All calls went fantastic, received excellent feedback throughout the process, was promised to move on to the final step "at the latest" by Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, so did Wednesday, so did Thursday. After reaching out to hiring manager and not receiving any response, HR sent me a generic copy/paste rejection (complete with different font types in each paragraph) with typical BS about how much they "appreciate" my efforts.
