Lucidworks Search Engineer interview questions

The interview process was fairly informal and relaxed. Step one was a very general interview with the recruiter. During this we mainly discussed the company and my high-level background. Step two was an interview with the hiring manager. Again, this was mainly focused on my background at a high-level. Step three was an interview with a senior technical team member. During this interview, we dug down into some of my specific skills regarding search and cloud technology. Step four was an interview with another senior technical team member.

Very smooth interviewew process. I had a great time with the team, they were very nice and knowledgeable. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. They make sure you have everything you need.
