The interview process was extremely pleasant. I think it says a lot when you get on well with a recruiter since most of the time they are your first point of contact. To me, they speak volumes about what type of organization you are applying to.
Moving on to the interview rounds themselves, super-efficient. I interviewed with the hiring manager who wasn't coy about moving on to the next round. This was definitely a welcomed change. Before the next round, my recruiter actually helped me prepare for them. I emphasize this because there have been instances where recruiters say they will help you, but then don't.
Finally, it was an extremely welcomed change to interview with a panel vs back to back interviews. The questions were thoughtful and direct. No beating around the bush.
