Had a smooth and efficient interview process with Lucidworks India at their Bangalore office. I went through two technical and two managerial rounds. The team kept me informed throughout, so there was no need for constant follow-ups. The offer process was also seamless and well-handled.

The interview process was fairly informal and relaxed. Step one was a very general interview with the recruiter. During this we mainly discussed the company and my high-level background. Step two was an interview with the hiring manager. Again, this was mainly focused on my background at a high-level. Step three was an interview with a senior technical team member. During this interview, we dug down into some of my specific skills regarding search and cloud technology. Step four was an interview with another senior technical team member.
