      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lucidworks in Jan 2024

      Interview

There was an initial interview with a talent acquisition leader to learn about basic position and personal information. I then interviewed with a senior team member that asked about technical experience and learned soft skills from previous employment. Lastly I interviewed with the manager of the team I would join. It was overall a very smooth process with frequent communication.
