Received a call almost 3 months after I have submitted application. Was instructed over the phone that I will pass a cognitive test on the assessment day, so need to prepare - no further discussion about the test!. Also I was instructed that the interview might take over 3 hours, which meant to take a half day from work, not quite convenient. On the interview day had to wait for over 30 min just to start, as somebody from Germany has forgotten to send the test on time?! I was informed as well (while waiting) that there are "inside" people who also have applied for the job and will be given a priority?! Seriously that was a shock! First I passed the test - it took 1 hour - math, IQ test, personality, English. After that the actual interview about an hour or so. Questions over the CV, strict to the point. no personal touch ! 2-3 weeks after the interview received rejection - 1 sentence! No feedback on the interview, no comment on the test - although the interviewers were positive they will provide feedback on the test at least! All together utterly disappointed by the process, from a company I had a good opinion about.
