Luftansa Technic have hired a consultant to do the recruiting process. It was a great interactive & Learning experience. Team work, role play, group discussion & personal interview rounds along with initial online aptitude tests. The entire interview process was indeed very organized & they ensured the applicants were comfortable throughout.
