Lumos Labs interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. She wasn't super clear about what the next steps were at first. Ultimately, we scheduled a phone interview. She wasn't prepared to answer many of my questions about the team. When I touched on some of my considerations for my next role, she was slightly defensive or unprepared to have the discussion.

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. After chatting with the recruiter I received a take home assignment. I spent a couple of hours on the questions and sent it back. Also I was told that I will have an interview with a hiring manager to discuss my results. However after two days I received a rejection email with zero feedback on my solutions. It was obvious to me that these guys are sending take home assignment to people that don't have an intention to hire at the first place. They don't even read your work. What a waste of time. And very unprofessional and abusive behavior.
