I was called in and met with three managers. I've been interviewed with this company for an associate position as well as a management position. I also give interviews for potential sales associates. During the management interview they will ask a few of the basic questions regarding customer service i.e. how you've dealt with a difficult customer etc. as well as shrink/lp inquires. I was asked how I would change the store as the assistant manager, how I could make sure we improve our sales for the year, and how I could train my associates to function as "mini-me's." The interview was supposed to be with only the district manager. They were unavailable at the last minute so I basically had her two assistants interviewing me. They asked a few questions to get to know me as a person, what I like to do where I grew up etc. I brought a copy of my resume of course which helped give them questions to ask on the spot. They spent a lot of time talking about the direction the company was going in as a brand etc.
