The first time I went there, the interviewer wasn't expecting me as the recruiter told her the incorrect interview date. Interview had to be rescheduled. Unfortunately, I already travelled 30 miles to the interview location only to find out it was a waste of time.
I was interviewed by the Comptroller and was a mix of behavioral and technical.
Say you are the first person in the office and you received calls from the CEO, CFO, COO all wanting you to do 3 different tasks. Duration of each task is >10 mins and they all need you to finish their tasks in 30 minutes. How will you go about it?

Domande banali, nessun feedback sul colloquio. Il colloquio è andato bene, ero più che qualificato per la posizione e loro cercavano uno stagista con esperienza. Poco professionali comunque sono molte le aziende a comportarsi come loro.
3 step: Chiamata telefonica (molto semplice, con classiche domande di introduzione su te stesso, cosa vuoi fare ecc) Assessment (con parti creative e parti analitiche, risolvere un caso reale ecc) Colloquio con Manager (simile a quello con HR, ma in cui si introduce la posizione)

Miscommunication about the language the interview would be conducted in. Resulted in lost time and no interview. Was emailed before the interview and I confirmed if it was still possible to have the interview in English and I was told yes. I set aside an entire day for it and could not even do it.
