Just 2 interviews with them, very nice and open and also with humor. They really want to know why I wanted to work there and how I will handle difficult questions or complains from the customer

An introduction about yourself and work history. Then there was the typical interview questions and situational examples of past employees/customers. I got a call back within an hour offering a position.

Super easy, just video call with one of manager asking simple questions and few days I got hired then he went over the next process for onboarding. It was just one interview to make decisions
