Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Pretty standard interviewing questions. Be sure to have concrete examples of projects that you've done in the past that demonstrate the qualities that they are looking for. Be sure to articulate those qualities. They are looking for leaders, strategists and people who are entrepreneurial. Whether you're an admin, entry level worker or an executive, they expect those behaviors/qualities to be present.
Entrevista simples, entretanto sem retorno do rh e gerente executivo, o que mostrou um pouco da cultura da empresa. Feliz de não ter continuado no processo e seguido para uma oportunidade em outra empresa.

Interview
Interview with the internal recruiter went on for over an hour. She was engaging and it was a great conversation. Asked about my job history, leadership style, and career goals. Went on to the next round to speak to the hiring manager (who the recruiter said was an amazing leader). He was an absolute dud, came across distracted, asked irrelevant questions, obviously didn’t read my resume, and then cut me off before 30 mins was up (I was scheduled for an hour). He was rude and couldn’t even articulate why he liked working at this company. A completely opposite experience to the first interview.
