Interview
The interview process is long. There are about 3 different interviews a groupal,individual and a role play sometimes the groupal and rol play may be done in the same day. Sometimes takes 10 minutes or 1 hour that will depend on your attitude. If you are good you will have a 10 minutes fair interview. On the other hand if you are inspiring it might be 1 hour interview. Don't try to pretend, managers are well train to look for Real people so be yourself.

Interview
I heard about the position from a friend. Interviewed with one store manager. He sent my info to another store manager. Interviewed with her. Then I interviewed with the center manager, regional trainer, and and an area manager. took about 2 weeks for all interviews. I did not hear back so about 2 weeks later I called the store and the assistant manager offered me the position. I started the next week.
