I answered an add on Craigslist. The District Manager called and asked me to come in and fill out an application. They called back and asked for an interview. I met them at one of the stores in the area, we went out for coffee. We went over my job experience. It helped that I knew people who worked for them.

Interview
- Pretty typical retail management interview.
- Very much consider style as well as substance.
Overall, they are trying to portray an image. I found it pretty typical tbh. The management seems to have a bit of a higher view of themselves, but wasnt too bad.
No real surprises with regards to the interview, which means presenting confidence is key
