2 interviews with store managers a joke for 8.35 hour, discuss customer service, offer some training in brands of glasses , they don't tell you you get a store key right away and basically train and work alone, they don't tell you your getting robbed a lot glasses are stolen constantly due to no security except a store camera the managers use to spy on workers. The managers steal your good sales on commission weeks and cut your hours so they get overtime , they don't tell you that,how they screw the company for themselves . Promise hours yet you only get 3 or 5 hour shifts . 1-2 days a week yet they keep hiring to intimidate workers.
