Very quick, interview process. As long as you have pretty good eligibility and can work in a retail environment you pretty much have the job. Manager was super down to earth and willing to work with my own schedule for school

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Luxottica (Novi, MI)
Interview
It was a group interview and a complete waste of time. They asked stupid questions such as if your life was made into a movie who would you pick to play you. The managers didnt seem like they knew what they were doing which is why they are always hiring new employees and managers.
