Interview
The interview process was quick. Manager was knowledge and friendly. If you are new in the industry, they are willing to train. They have monthly phone conferences that are very helpful and its only for an hour. Team and staff around the stores are all helpful. Advice: Be yourself and if you are an outgoing person and do not like a desk job, this a good company for it.

Interview process was smooth with expected questions. Felt like a friendly chat which was nice. Questions were mostly around how to work in a fast paced environment and how to approach customers. Finished in 30 minutes.

The interview is very standard and easy going. They will inform you about the store, company, job duties, and wage you will get paid. The managers are super nice, if your getting interviewed for this location, I wouldn't worry about it.
