I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Luxottica (San Francisco, CA) in May 2010
Interview
Walked in and asked for an application, I had someone refer me from another store. I think my former retail experience really helped me out a lot. I started conversation and it wasn't a conversation where it was: question and answer. I smiled and seemed really exciting about getting a new job and they had me do a pee test and a personality test online.
Interview process was smooth with expected questions. Felt like a friendly chat which was nice. Questions were mostly around how to work in a fast paced environment and how to approach customers. Finished in 30 minutes.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Luxottica (Amsterdam) in Feb 2025
Interview
It consisted of three phases. Eerst met een andere winkelmanager, daarna met de regiomanager en ten slotte met de winkelmanager. Ze stelden vragen over mijn achtergrond en mijn intenties. Hoe ik ben als teamlid.
I applied online. I interviewed at Luxottica (Whitehall, PA)
Interview
The interview is very standard and easy going. They will inform you about the store, company, job duties, and wage you will get paid. The managers are super nice, if your getting interviewed for this location, I wouldn't worry about it.
