I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Luxottica
Interview
I applied online and was offered an interview within reasonable time. However, I know it does differ from time to time depending on the states/stores urgency. although you applied for one store, be open to work for different stores
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral focused, team interview process.
Note: this is dependent on the store you are applying for. generally you will be interviewed by regional/state manager and the store you applied for. You'll be judged on how you will fit with that particular team personality as well.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Luxottica (Perth, Western Australia) in Sep 2014
Interview
Really simple and straightforward. Submitted my CV in store and was contacted straight away. Initially was declined the job but a few months later they called me again. Manager in store interviewed me one-on-one. She submitted documents to head office which then reviewed my answers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Luxottica (Maddington) in Aug 2011
Interview
Applied online and received an email about the interview - it was a group interview for about 2-3 hours where the first hour was all the staff introducing themselves and their jobs plus giving information about the company and what it does. From then on everyone was split into groups (about 8 people in each group) and were given a question and given 45 mins to prepare a presentation - it was very fun and enjoyable, there was no pressure at all, it was like you were having a casual discussion with friends. Once the presentations were done (no right or wrong way, just whatever the group came up with) one of the staff members did a quick 10 minute interview with everyone regarding the hours they are looking for and if they were willing to work between two stores - general questions about the job.
