The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Luxury Presence (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2022
Interview
Had an initial interview with the recruiter who was quite abrasive and aggressive, constantly talking about how much money “his” sales reps make. After the 30 minute call he tells me I’m moving on to the next round and will send me the script I need to memorize. He also tells me to tell the person interviewing me that making money is extremely important to me and to make sure “to puff up my chest.” If that was wasn’t bad enough I never heard from him again and he didn’t respond to my thank you email or send me anything regarding next steps. Thought it was very odd for him to tell me I’m moving forward and then never hear from him again.
Imagine having a recruiter reach out to you through LinkedIn in saying you would be a great fit to interview, then interviewing with a different recruiter that says you pretty much got the job and would like to start in 2 weeks. Then have a manager with less sales experience then you give you a below average interview and then get a email saying they went with other candidates. What a joke. I should have read repvue and glass door reviews prior to interviewing I wouldn’t have gave them the time of day from the beginning.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Luxury Presence (Austin, TX)
Interview
Three calls. One recruiter for 30 mins, one manager for 30 mins, head of sales for 45. That was literally it. One of the most bizarre interview and contract negotiation experiences of my life. Do not join this company.
