Lyra Health Customer Success Manager interview questions

I had a scheduled phone screen with a recruiter. A few minutes lapsed past our scheduled call time, no call. I checked my messages, lo and behold I received an email stating an offer had been extended to a candidate they were sure would be onboarding soon. However, we could still chat or I could claim the time back in my day, my choice. I thanked the recruiter for the email and wished them the best with their new hire and stated if things change, I'm open to chat. A step better than being "ghosted", wasted prep time sure, comes with the job hunting process I guess!
