M&T Bank Assistant Branch Manager interview questions

It began with a call from the HQ HR department. A small interview and the employee became my liason through the process. I next had an interview with the branch manager and later with the regional manager. I was offered the position from the Branch Manager. It took about 2-3 weeks.

I first had a phone interview and then I had an in person interview. After that they called me back in and I went for a 2nd interview with the head of recruiting. He and some others interviewed me for about 2 hours.
