Much like many others, I went through multiple interviews, starting with a phone HR interview, 1:1 interviews and group. After the first HR interview, there was more of the interviewer giving information, than them seeking information from me. My last interview was with the exec and was told if I made it that far, I was the cadidate. Last words were "great fit and I look forward to working with you." Two days later I got a call from HR, oh we have some last minute internal candidates we want to consider...(the postion had been open for 4 months) Almost a month later, I got an e-mail that they chose some one else. Until that point, it had been a good experience. If you get called to interview, just be prepared for it to be a long process!
