I applied online and the HR called me to schedule a phone interview which lasted for 20 to 30 min. After that, the same day I was scheduled to meet with the Branch Manager. She recommend me for SDP position cos I was in college then. However, I wasnt selected for the SDP position.
Therefore, I decided to call the HR that since I wasnt selected for the SDP position can I apply for another RB position? She is so nice!!! She schedule me for another interview with another Branch Manager after that I was privilege to move on and interviewed with the Regional Sales Manager.
After couple weeks, I got an offer and we negotiate about my pay which is okay for an entry level position.
