Interview process went really well. I applied online and within the next two weeks I just happened to notice an email for a phone interview. Scheduled and confirmed with the recruiter, she never called me I actually had to call her, which was fine. We spoke for about 10 minuets and moved on to schedule the in person interview, that went well. Just a conversation with the branch manager, she had a pad with questions, but I ended up answering most them within the first 10 minutes, seems like that made her job a lot easier(I wouldn’t recommend doing that, I just talk a lot). Overall very nice people, everyone I spoke with(recruiter, manager, and HR). Some emails were a little delayed from them, so be sure to check frequently.
I got a call back from the recruiter two days after my interview, I start next week!
I’m taking a bit of a pay cut, but this on seems less stressful than my last and it’s also a bigger and more established company. I’m looking to expand my career in the financial field, so this is a good start for me(I’m still in my early twenties).
