I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at M&T Bank (Buffalo, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had 3 phone interviews. The first was with a regular recruiter, and the second two were with the managers that were looking to hire me. Overall it was a good experience and everyone who interviewed me was prepared and had great questions about me. They asked me about things that were on my resume and seemed to have actually taken the time to read through my resume beforehand. None of these interviews were overly technical as I was not in a tech heavy role.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at M&T Bank in Oct 2022
Interview
I went through 2 different interviews and I thought I was doing really well as they all seemed to be confident in my abilities followed by the questions I asked. At the end of the last interview, they said they’d take a week for a final decision. That week came and I contacted them. No response. Another week, I contacted them again, no response. A month later, no response still. I went to my school co-op leaders and they couldn’t even get a hold of them. Finally about 3 months later they responded saying I didn’t get the internship. Horrible experience being ghosted.
Chill interview, mostly just conversation with a basic logical problem. Not too much else to say about it, tbh. All interviewers were very nice, and didn't take long before I received an offer which I accepted. I was in my second year of computer science at the time.

Question 1
Can you explain a time you had to take risks to finish a project?
Three rounds of interviews (all of which were by phone for me) where you speak to a recruiter, someone in the technology department, and then an HR representative. General questions for the first round while the second round was more technical.
