Long process from beginning to end, but worth the wait. The actual interviews (internal) were just three sessions with multiple people. My offer came a little over 2 weeks after the interview.
The interview process consists of an initial interview with a dedicated MDP HR manager for entry to the MDP program. Subsequent interviews are for business unit/team placement and are conducted by one or more department managers.
