I applied for the position online and received an automated response stating my application was under consideration. Three days later, I received a call from a recruiter in Buffalo, NY to schedule a telephone interview. One week later, we had the telephone interview which lasted approximately 15-20 minutes. I was told if the branch manager wanted to schedule an interview, I would be contacted. One week later, I was contacted by the manager and we scheduled an interview for the following week. It took two weeks until I heard anything back, the recruiter called me and offered me the position. I accepted and had 48 hours to complete the necessary testing required to be formally hired by the company.
