I am so disgusted in this company, and all of the hiring people. They wasted my time, energy, and even their own company resources for nothing. I'm literally closing my accounts with them simply because of the moral of this place. I landed an interview through my school portal, then was invited for final rounds of four different interviews in Wilmington, DE and Buffalo, NY. They flew me to both locations on different days, and overall, the interview process went well. The first interview, I blew the manager away. The person I would've been working with even messaged me right after the interview to let me know how impressed they were. The second interview was okay, and the last one was so unorganized- they gathered random people who didn't even know each other to interview me, none of them came prepared with questions, so the interview was awkward and unprofessional. The last interview was with an HR guy who told me I would hear back within 3 weeks. Overall, I felt very confident in the whole process, UNTIL I never heard back from them. I emailed the HR guy two weeks later, never heard back. Two months went by, and I emailed the hiring manager, HR guy, and some supporting interviewers. NOT ONE PERSON out of about 4 people responded to me. I was so disappointed and offended by the fact that they wasted my time. I took off two days of school, wasted two days of flying back and forth to interview with them and they couldn't take 1 minute out of their day to let me know that I didn't get the job. After I emailed and called numerous times with no reply, I knew that those people were wired differently and that I no longer had any desire to work with people who thought this behavior was acceptable. No respect and little regard for people's time. I'll make sure everybody I know knows not to interview OR bank with them. Disgusted.
