Interview
Applied for a job with M&T's MDP retail program. Met with an on-campus recruiter for a standard interview. Three weeks later I had a phone interview with the HR people. Standard "tell me about yourself" questions. Then had a conferance call with another aplicant and two former MDP graduates. Asked them questions about the program. It was actually super helpful. Then I had a "super day" which was a lunch interview and three on site interviews. The lunch was with a former MDP person. The interviews were with three of the regional managers. Be prepared to answer why you want to work in retail and talior answers to retail. They told me they would get back to me in 2-3 weeks. It has been a month and I have not heard back. The people are nice but this was the most unorganized interview I have ever been on.
Screening with an interviewer, then two interviews with separate departments. Screening interview was smooth and recruiter was very friendly. Interviewers from the next round didn't provide that much information about the actual roles and didn't seem that excited about their jobs.
Had a great interview process! Was able to interview with three different departments and see where I fit best. They also had me do informal conversations with current MDPs. It was very low pressure yet valuable experience.

Interview
I was selected to come to Buffalo for the interview. The company covered the expenses and the stay. The interview was pretty straightforward. Talking about my resume. It was mostly behavioral and there were no technical question. My suggestion would be to know your projects and to be able to explain them thoroughly
