The whole process was quick and pleasant. They asked to set up two different phone interviews, which was really convenient for me because I was at school an hour away. The first phone interview was with someone from HR, and she was so sweet and nice. It didn't take long at all. The second was with the Vice President of the Credit department. He was very friendly and the questions were pretty standard and straightforward. The only thing I would suggest is asking the interviewer to give more details about the position, because the overview itself was extremely vague. I was offered the position a few days later, but the hiring process is incredibly strict and difficult. You have to take a drug test in a certain amount of time, which wasn't an issue for me because they gave me 48 business hours. The test was too diluted though, and they called to tell me I had 24 hours to retake it. That was a huge problem for me because I'm at college an hour away from the testing site, and I couldn't make it to the site before they closed. When I tried to call and tell them I was having scheduling issues, the HR person didn't get back to me until late the next day. My offer was rescinded then, even though there were many things outside of my control.
