I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at M&T Bank (Getzville, NY) in Feb 2019

Interview

Recruited by Broadleaf, a third party agency that after a screening suggested I apply directly at M&T. Afterwards I kept Broadleaf updated regarding being contacted directly by M&T HR dept. Within a week of the interview I actually received a decline notice, however 2 weeks after that a M&T HR representative contacted me directly to make an offer.
