Email from recruiter setting up phone interview. She did most of the talking, going over job description, pay (14.00), hours, expectations. Asked me why I wanted to work for M&T. Lasted about 15 minutes. Had interview at Millsboro Operations center. Warehouse type ceilings. Small talk while being walked down hall and at end of interview. Two interviewers.
