I received a call from a recruiter who set me up for a phone interview. After the phone interview I was set up with an in person interview with the branch manager.

They really pushed for you to describe situations you have been in and how you handled those situations especially regarding customer dissatisfaction. Coming from a strong retail background, I had a "customer is always right" mentality and the branch manager really expressed that that was not how she felt.
