      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at M&T Bank (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2019

      Interview

I submitted an application via my campus recruitment site, and was chosen for an on-campus interview. During the interview, I was only asked two simple questions before the interviewer ended the session and asked me if I had any questions. It had been less than 10 minutes. I proceeded to ask as many questions as a I could to re-engage them but that barely stretched the full session to 20 minutes. I felt like the interviewer had already decided that they didn't want to interview me before I had even finished discussing my previous work experience. I found this odd since they screen all the resumes they receive beforehand so that the only candidates they interview on-site are ones that they actually could consider.
