Contacted by a recruiter to apply and did an on campus interview. Interview went great, we talked a lot about MDP's future plans in Buffalo and their technology shift. The interviewer told me to expect an email in two weeks regarding next steps. Got an email the same day that I'd be moving on to second round interviews. Two weeks rolled by and nothing. Another two weeks after their reply deadline I reached out to them over email to ask about my status, and their reply was essentially a coverup for forgetting about me. Didn't waste my time to type a reply.
Screening with an interviewer, then two interviews with separate departments. Screening interview was smooth and recruiter was very friendly. Interviewers from the next round didn't provide that much information about the actual roles and didn't seem that excited about their jobs.
