Contacted by college recruiter, met with her. She was very nice and interview was conversational. Then was flown down to Baltimore and did 2 in-person interviews w/ members of the Credit analysis team, and did two phone interviews- one w/ an HR recruiter, and the other with the head of the credit team. Overall interview wasn't difficult. They kept asking if I had any questions.
Screening with an interviewer, then two interviews with separate departments. Screening interview was smooth and recruiter was very friendly. Interviewers from the next round didn't provide that much information about the actual roles and didn't seem that excited about their jobs.
Had a great interview process! Was able to interview with three different departments and see where I fit best. They also had me do informal conversations with current MDPs. It was very low pressure yet valuable experience.

I was selected to come to Buffalo for the interview. The company covered the expenses and the stay. The interview was pretty straightforward. Talking about my resume. It was mostly behavioral and there were no technical question. My suggestion would be to know your projects and to be able to explain them thoroughly
