Recruiter reached out via email followed by phone call. First was codility online coding test. No response after coding test. Asked for feedback still no response from recruiter. Overall Unprofessional and poor communication.

1st interview was with the Recruiter about the project.
2nd interview was coding for 90 mins
3rd were technical -I will not say hard but twisty questions

What is the Normalization for a table with one column, with comma-separated values?
The interviewer was very polite and went smoothly. Nothing unreasonable was asked. Talked shop for a little bit and then discussed my experience. Ended with some technical questions about system design and algorithms.
