They reached me out on Linked in. Then I applied on line. Hr contacted me and had a background screening, then code test, then tech round, then managers and hr again. It takes almost 1 month.
There werw two interviews. The first was with HR/recruiter and the second was with an engineer. Both interviews were around 30-60 min. Overall, there was slow-ish communication, but everyone was kind.

Two online interviews one with an engineer, asked mostly technical questions and went over some resume items. Second with a behavioral interview. Very standard, got the offer at the end of the second interview.
I had multiple interviews with various people in different roles. These interviews were spaced apart at least a week so it was a long interview process in order to obtain the job.
