The conversation was very minuscule conversation about skills and it took several times of applying, for positions I was qualified for, before getting a call about a position I was over qualified for.

It was long but interesting i was impressed by the professional service I received. After a couple of weeks i received a email requesting a phone interview after that I received an email a day later requesting a in person interview which lasted about an hour then a week later I received an offer letter with more than my asking price. Overall the interview was a easy process if i could change anything I wish the entire process was a little more quicker given a current situation with employment. I am now currently employed with the company for over a year now.
