Interview
Three stage interview taking the entire day, though this is not the norm.
Interviews ranged from friendly and casual in tone to very direct and demanding in terms of questions and why I would want this job.
A very educational experience if nothing else.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at M&T?
What skills do you have with predictive modeling?
How do you work in a team?
Very laid back and not much structure. Two interviewers in person asking very general and non technical questions about the company and personality of the student being interviewed by people on the hiring team directly. No HR involved.
There was supposed to be multiple rounds of interviews but then they went ghost. They also were texting me about my interview instead of emailing which was unprofessional. I had to follow up 6 times to get an email back.
Easy fast and questions were pretty typical. Enjoyed my experience was good practice but overall not what I wanted to do when they explained what the day to day would be like.
