Phone interview initially, then scheduled to meet with three managers in one day, scheduled for one and a half hours, took over two hours, lots of in depth questions about yourself and your understanding of the job. Took almost two and a half months between interview and start date. After initial interview it three weeks for an offer plus, one additional week with offer negotiations.

The interview were standard questions, overall the interviewer was friendly and I didn't feel pressured or nervous. HR called me for a phone interview asking typical company questions and followed up with in person. The in person focused more on what my duties at my current job were and how the process worked, etc. etc. Major companies always seem to ask what do you know about the company so do your homework. I gave basic information and what was currently happening, honestly I'm a pretty quiet person and my brain was drawing a blank. I had practiced the interview beforehand and that definitely helped. In the end, after I asked questions, I felt overall positive and was really hoping to get a call back after my follow up email. They gave me a time frame of 1 week, after 1 week had passed, I didn't hear back so I guess I didn't get the job.
